GEO Hubela is ICONic. Not only is GEO a working dancer and leading choreographer in the entertainment industry, he is also a renowned master teacher, branding entrepreneur and successful studio owner. This season marks the Fifth Anniversary of GEO’s New Jersey owned and operated ICON Dance Complex. The studio has exceeded all industry expectations and the ICONic brand has acted as inspiration for every budding dancer and dance crew in the country.
GEO’s studio, ICON Dance Complex, the most distinguished, state-of-the-art dance facility in New Jersey recently re-launched its website, expanding from a customary nine page site to an astounding thirty-eight pages symbolizing the start of an all encompassing internet dance revolution. His enrollment and tri-state popularity has grown exponentially despite a suffering economy, to over 700 students, compounded by a growing double-digit page wait-list. What is he doing right? One of the many triumphant successes 
for GEO to date has been his notable enrollment of over one hundred young
boys, a mere dream to dance studio owners in the USA. This is a feat rarely
accomplished in the business, let alone done in such a short period of time.
This achievement is owed solely to GEO’s astute abilities, teaching methods,
knowledge, thriving targeted branding and “real” industry experience. These
qualities set the standard for dance studios to come, now placing GEO and
ICON Dance Complex high above the rest.
Hailing from the streets of Brooklyn, NY, GEO let his passion, drive and entrepreneurial aptitude take him to the top at a young age. He successfully danced his way onto the stages with Michael Jackson, Will Smith, PINK, Britney Spears, ‘NSYNC and Jennifer Lopez to name only a few. GEO’s extremely well branded, easily identifiable crew ICONic was featured on the inaugural season of MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew, and was also seen on the stages of America’s Got Talent, The Apollo Theater, and his renowned facility, ICON, earned a two day featured segment on News 12 New Jersey.
GEO has not only made way for an amazing future for himself and his celebrated studio, but he is also determined to pass along his knowledge and dedication to the true art of dance to the next generation of working young dancers. By creating
several unique companies, GEO provides rare opportunities to his students,
as he teaches them the importance of self-respect/respect for others, confidence,
and the magnitude of passion, drive, and dedication. Several groups of GEO’s
dancers consistently work in the business; have gained representation from
major talent agencies, as well as booked TV shows, award shows and commercials.
GEO was recently requested at the 2011 Summer DanceLife Conference, to spread his word and teach his methods of rapid and continued success as an extremely well branded studio owner to others hoping to achieve such notoriety. His dance crew, The ICONic Boyz are making history in spring of 2011 on the Season of Superstars on Randy Jacksons MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew.
